Kvam IL was one of 34 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Trønderavisas Fotballcup 2019. They participated with one team in Gutter 13 (født 2006).

In addition to Kvam IL, 13 other teams played in Gutter 13 (født 2006). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Kvam IL could be found in Group A together with Steinkjer FK - Fotball, Kattem IL Fotballklubb, Inderøy IL and Sjetne IL.

Kvam IL continued to Slutspel A after reaching 5:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Trygg/Lade, SK with 0-20. In the Final, Trygg/Lade, SK won over Sjetne IL and became the winner of Slutspel A in Gutter 13 (født 2006).

Kvam originates from Steinkjer, which is the same city as where Trønderavisas Fotballcup takes place. The area around Steinkjer does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Trønderavisas Fotballcup 2019 (Inderøy IL, Egge IL, Sparbu IL, Steinkjer FK - Fotball, Sørlia IL, Snåsa IL, Sparbu/Henning and Byafossen/Steinkjer).
